2 hrs waiting on a shower, not even a single number of the 16 guests waiting has been called. Last I checked all doors were wide open with dirty towels on the floors and noone bothering to clean them. Gotta do better Pilot. This is unacceptable.

the pros: good friendly people that helped me out and answered my questions in a respectful manner. the hot food was fresh except for the pizza. the mens bathroom was pretty clean. cant speak on the showers because I took one before I arrived. got my fuel, got what I needed and got some good sleep. and speaking of sleep..... the cons: PARKING! the parking situation needs fixed asap (they know this of course but wont do anything). 1st off, yes, the whole back of the lot is full of broke down and abanded trucks. looks like its been that way for years according to the reviews. if you happen to find an open spot you will be ok from 6am-4pm but after that be warned, you WILL be paying to park. dosent matter if its reserved or not, if you are parking anywhere on their lot and dont have a paid parking receipt displayed, either your gonna have to pay or leave. and yes the security gaurd checks after 430pm and then again after midnight. the whole lot needs either be redone and expanded or buy some bigger property and move elsewhere as the times have outgrown this spot. conclusion: the only reason I stopped here is because I pick up less then a mile from here but if you dont have to come he

It really bothers me when cashiers have a full blown conversation with each other Iβm trying to check out. But this lady tonight was on the phone with earbuds talking to whoever. Maybe Iβll just find a Loves to go to next time.

Please don't bother stopping here; it is always full. There are two wrecked trucks, motorhomes, and private vehicles permanently occupying the spotsβsince, in reality, no one is actually present. These are spaces that many drivers could use to rest. Those in charge should take action.

I stopped here for Fuel, box of DEF, and my lunch break. 11am on a Sunday, parking lot is full of trucks. Probably a dozen or so trucks not in parking spots, just randomly parked. Alot of drivers are blocked in by these randomly parked trucks, drivers are aggravated and angry. Parking lot is full of garbage, fuel island is filthy, store is improperly stocked. However, to my surprise, they do have the hot food bar at this location. Current in-app offer, "get 2 slices of pizza and a 20oz Pepsi product for 8 bucks". It's a solid deal, I typically like Pilot's pizza. I went with a slice of cheese and a slice of bacon ranch, and a diet Pepsi to wash it down. Not a bad combo, if i say so myself. The classic cheesy slice was tasty, but the bacon ranch slice was overwhelmingly salty. Pizza pie was fresh, but crust seems undercooked. I don't know. I wouldn't recommend this truck stop, don't expect to find a place to park here after 3pm. It's a convenient fuel stop, that's about it.
